NavaFit is a fitness community where you can find a workout buddy to help you reach your health and fitness goals. Whether you're just getting started on your fitness journey or an avid gym goer; there is no better way to stay motivated and accountable than with a support team.
With thousands of members nearby, build a group that will keep you accountable in the gym, while running, hiking or any of your favorite activities. If you have a pet, guess what, many others like you are looking for pet owners to explore the outdoors together.
Chat with members of your Squad and make plans to run a race, attend a sporting event, or just start training together. Compete with your friends with the new Challenges feature. The person that stays the most active will win. Find Activities in your local area or post your own so others can join. Don't forget to Brag with photos and videos.
NavaFit is easy to use once you install the app:
1. Click the Squad logo and view workout buddies in your area. Click the checkmark to add to your SQUAD or the X for not now
2. After 2 people mutually opt in by clicking the checkmark they become a part of each others SQUAD
3. Start chatting and get fit together
4. Add or participate in Challenges & Activities posted by users
5. Brag about your sports & fitness accomplishments in Brag. You can Brag about anything (your workout buddy, your personal squat record, you weight loss, your gear, etc.)
